How does Family Legacy Storytelling work in practice?
We start with a brief conversation to understand who you'd like to capture — a parent, grandparent, or yourself. Then we hold a series of guided sessions using open-ended prompts. You can choose to receive a written document, an edited audio recording, or both. Sessions are held at your pace, in Thai or English.
Is the Family Meeting Facilitation a legal service?
No. It is an organisational and communication support service. The conversation is informal and whatever is discussed is not a legal document. If you need formal legal instruments, we recommend consulting a qualified Thai lawyer or notary. Our facilitator simply helps the family have a productive, respectful conversation.
How long does each service take to complete?
The Document Filing Toolkit is self-paced — most people complete it over a few weekends. The Legacy Storytelling programme typically involves three to five sessions over several weeks. The Family Meeting Facilitation is usually a single half-day or full-day session, with a brief preparatory call beforehand.
Can sessions be held in Thai or another language?
Yes. We work in English and Thai. If you have family members who are more comfortable in one language over the other, we can accommodate mixed-language sessions. Please mention this when you get in touch.
