Helping Families Put Their Affairs in Order
Trustacre was built on a straightforward belief: that every family deserves a clear, accessible record of what they own, who they are, and what they'd like to communicate to those they care about.
Back to HomeWhere Trustacre Began
Trustacre was established in Bangkok in 2018 by a small group of people who had each, separately, experienced the difficulty of sorting through a family member's affairs without adequate preparation. The paperwork was scattered. The stories weren't written down. Key conversations had never happened.
Rather than waiting for those difficulties to become standard, the founders created a set of practical tools and guided services to help families get ahead of the process — while there's still time to do it thoughtfully, together.
Today, Trustacre serves families across Bangkok and the surrounding area. Our clients include working professionals in their fifties, adult children helping elderly parents, and expatriate families managing records across more than one country. What they share is a desire to handle things with care, on their own terms.
Our Mission
To make personal record-keeping and family communication straightforward, dignified, and something that can be handled before it becomes urgent.
Our Approach
Plain, respectful language. No pressure, no urgency. We offer educational tools, information resources, and facilitation support — not legal or financial advice.
Our Values
Privacy, patience, and clarity. We believe the best conversations happen when people feel informed and unhurried — so we build our services around that principle.

Our Standards & Protocols
Strict Confidentiality
All personal information shared with us stays within the service engagement. We do not retain or share client data beyond what's necessary to deliver your chosen service.
Reviewed Templates
Our Document Filing Toolkit templates are reviewed annually. They are updated to reflect changes in common asset categories and documentation practices in Thailand.
Trained Facilitators
Our meeting facilitators complete structured training in neutral communication and conflict-sensitive conversation. They do not take sides or offer personal opinions during sessions.
PDPA Compliance
Trustacre operates in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect only the information needed and explain clearly how it is used.
Bilingual Delivery
All services are available in English and Thai, with support for mixed-language family sessions where needed. We don't assume everyone in the room uses the same language.
Ongoing Review Process
After every engagement, we ask for structured feedback. We use this to refine our guides, session formats, and communication approach continuously.
Personal Record Organisation in Bangkok
Managing personal records is rarely anyone's priority until the moment it becomes pressing. Trustacre exists to change that. By offering structured tools and guided sessions, we make it possible for families in Bangkok and across Thailand to address their documentation in a measured, calm way — before any particular event makes it necessary.
Our Document Filing Toolkit gives individuals a consistent format to record what they own and where things are kept. The Family Legacy Storytelling sessions offer a way to capture the details of a life — the dates, names, places, and small decisions that rarely make it into formal records but matter enormously to the people left holding them. And our Family Meeting Facilitation creates a structure for those conversations that families often need to have but find difficult to start.
Trustacre is not a legal firm. We do not prepare wills or provide regulated advice. What we offer is the organisational groundwork that makes those formal steps — when they do happen — considerably simpler for everyone involved.
